We are looking forward to bringing our farm-fresh milk and local products right to your door.
400g. Makes 1 med/lg pizza (depending on how thick you like your crust).
Ingredients: BC unbleached white flour*, water, sea salt, malt, yeast.
*organic. May contain traces of sesame seeds or tree nuts.
-spread dough with olive tapenade, sun-dried tomato pesto, or marinara sauce
-remove the casings of mild or spicy Italian sausages, then crumble while sautéing before using on pizza
-try sliced house-cured meats or pepperoni
-make your own fresh mozzarella, or try using fresh cheese curds or shredded mozza
-dot with basil pesto before or after baking
Preparation Instructions from True Grain:
Defrost Option 1: Defrost dough in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge one hour before use to allow to come to room temperature.
Defrost Option 2: Defrost at room temperature for about three hours (might need longer if coming from a deep freeze set to a lower temperature or in a cool house).
Preheat oven to 450*F.
Brush tray with oil. Press dough out onto oiled tray. If you'd like it thinner, let it relax for 5 minutes and then continue to press out further.
Add sauce & toppings to dough.
Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes on the middle rack of the oven. If you'd like a deeper colour on the top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
