Frozen pizza dough made with organic, unbleached BC flour.
400g. Makes 1 med/lg pizza (depending on how thick you like your crust).
Ingredients: BC unbleached white flour*, water, sea salt, malt, yeast.
*organic. May contain traces of sesame seeds or tree nuts.
Topping suggestions:
-spread dough with olive tapenade, sun-dried tomato pesto, or marinara sauce
-remove the casings of mild or spicy Italian sausages, then crumble while sautéing before using on pizza
-try sliced house-cured meats or pepperoni
-make your own fresh mozzarella, or try using fresh cheese curds or shredded mozza
-dot with basil pesto before or after baking
Preparation Instructions from True Grain:
Thaw in fridge overnight.
Remove dough from fridge & leave at room temperature for +30 minutes.
Flour work surface and work into desired shape and thickness.
Apply sauce, sprinkle cheese, add your favourite toppings, & top with a light sprinkle of cheese.
Bake at 475°F on pan or hot pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and bottom of crust is golden brown.

From ancient grains like Einkorn, Emmer, Rye, Khorasan and Spelt, to heritage wheat like Canada’s own Red Fife, we buy directly from organic farmers close to home.We stay “true to the grain” when we stone mill the grain into flour, by milling at low temperatures and adding no preservatives or conditioners.
