We are looking forward to bringing our farm-fresh milk and local products right to your door.
Thaw and roll out, or quarter dough and roll out into mini pizzas. Bake nice and hot (around 500*F) for best results!
400g. Makes 1 med/lg pizza (depending on how thick you like your crust).
Ingredients: BC unbleached white flour*, water, sea salt, malt, yeast.
*organic. May contain traces of sesame seeds or tree nuts.
Some topping suggestions:
-remove the casings of spicy Italian sausages, then sauté and crumble before using
-make your own fresh mozzarella, or try using fresh cheese curds instead of shredded mozza
-spread dough with olive tapenade, sun-dried tomato pesto, or marinara sauce
-try sliced house-cured meats instead of pepperoni
-dot with basil pesto before or after baking
