Saucy and smoky, this shredded chicken and caramelized onion dish is slow-simmered in a garlic, tomato and chipotle base.
Best served over tostadas (toasted/fried corn tortillas) and topped with shredded iceberg lettuce, Mexican-style crema, and crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients: chicken, onion, tomatoes, garlic, chipotle in adobo (smoked red jalapeno, water, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, natural smoke essence, xanthan gum, garlic), canola oil, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride, salt.
Prep Instructions: Preheat oven to 350*. Remove cover from packaging. Place container on middle rack. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy with your favourite tortillas and toppings (recommended: shredded lettuce, feta cheese, sour cream, and salsa).
