Large Spinach & Feta Quiche

Filled with spinach, feta, cheddar, and green onion. Made by the uniquely-abled folks at the Clements Centre for Families in Duncan.
8" quiche, fully cooked and frozen.
Ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, lard, egg, vinegar, 10% cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, spinach, feta, cheddar, green onion.
Reheating Instructions: Heat quiche in a 350*F oven until desired temperature (from frozen or thawed). Microwave can be used if desired, but crust will be softer.
Heating times vary depending on how cold the quiche is to start (deep freezers are set to approx -18*C, fridge freezer -4*C, fridge 2*C).
