Urban Forest Bistro is a small locally-owned bistro in Duncan created by Logan MacQueen, a Red Seal chef with a passion for thoughtful, nourishing food.We focus on crafting versatile, house-made products using quality, local and/or organic ingredients, careful techniques, and a deep respect for how food brings people together.
What began as a way to serve our community in-house grew into a desire to share those same staples beyond our walls. We make what we love to eat — food that’s comforting, adaptable, and made with intention — so it can be enjoyed at home just as easily as at the bistro.
