Authentic Vietnamese pho with rich aromatic broth (with mushroom seasoning), tender tofu, bean sprouts, green onion, broccoli, carrots, and rice noodles. Vegan-friendly.
Ready to heat on the stove or in the microwave when you need it.
Keep frozen, and cook from frozen.
Directions:
Remove packaging, place frozen soup into microwave-safe bowl or stovetop pot.
Add 1.5 cups of water.
Stove: Cover with lid and place over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: Cover, then microwave on high for 6-7 minutes.
Optional suggested garnishes:
Hoisin sauce, sriracha sauce, lime, mint, bean sprouts.
Ingredients: pho broth (daikon, jicama, onion, ginger, Chinese cabbage, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, black pepper), rice noodles, extra firm tofu (water, soybeans, calcium sulphate), broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, salt, sugars (rock sugar), soybean oil, canola oil.

Saigon Subs
We're the first generation of immigrants from Vietnam from our family. We immigrated to Canada in 2009 and went through the struggles that most immigrants endured. After many hardships, we decided to open up a Vietnamese restaurant in the Cowichan Valley to bring the flavours of our home to yours.In 2015 we took over Halifax Donairs and rebuilt it into Saigon Subs, but kept the recipes and menu the same. After 10 years of serving the Cowichan Valley, we've built an amazing and friendly community with people coming from Ladysmith, to even Alberta! Our goal is to continue serving homemade, fresh, and authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the community.
