Pasta made with 100% Canadian durum semolina and organic eggs, and stuffed with a blend of Asiago, Romano, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses.
Gently boil for six minutes before tossing with your favourite sauce.
350g. Keep frozen.
Pasta Ingredients: 100% durum wheat semolina, water, organic whole egg, spinach powder, tomato powder, beetroot powder.
Filling Ingredients: ricotta cheese (pasteurized milk, modified milk ingredients, salt, lactic acid, potassium sorbate), parmesan cheese (pasteurized partly skimmed milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, cellulose, potassium sorbate), mozzarella (pasteurized milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, calcium chloride, microbial enzyme, cellulose, natamycin), asiago cheese (modified milk ingredients, milk, bacterial culture, salt, water, flavour, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, acetic acid, anti-caking blend [potato starch, corn starch, dextrose, calcium sulphate, enzyme]), toasted wheat crumb, safflower oil, salt.
