Authentic wood-smoked gourmet seasoning. A comforting and nostalgic mix of real wood-smoked paprika, garlic, onion, and more - flexible enough to rub on chicken wings or turn into a curry sauce to serve with rice.

Spicy-heat level: mild.
Low-sodium, no sugar.

Try it on: meat, seafood, chicken wings, tofu, or make a curry with it (instructions below).

Rub Instructions: Rub onto meat, poultry, seafood, tofu, or veggies, massaging thoroughly. Allow to rest for 30 minutes. 

Directions for Curry: Heat oil over low-medium. Add diced onions and simmer until translucent. Add protein/vegetables. Mix in West Coast Curry seasoning. Add boiling water or coconut milk and cover. Let simmer on low until tender. Serve over basmati rice. Creates a deep-red curry.

Ingredients: smoked spices, sea salt.
