Ramen (Vegetarian) - Miso Yasai

The easiest, all-in-one solution to satisfy your sudden ramen cravings. Miso Yasai includes a housemade vegan broth with tofu, mushrooms, corn, green onions, bamboo, kelp, and sesame seeds.
Over 600g (serves 1-2).
Stovetop Directions (best results): remove ramen puck from all packaging and place in smallest pot it fits in (6-7" is ideal). Heat (covered) on high for 4-5 minutes until it just starts to boil. Remove the lid and bring to a rapid boil. Turn off the heat, cover and wait three minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Microwave Directions: Remove the plastic bowl containing the ramen puck from the cardboard carton. Peel back a corner of the plastic film. Place in a microwave and heat on high power for 7 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Remove the film from the plastic bowl. Serve and enjoy!
Noodle Ingredients: wheat flour, water, whole egg powder, sea salt, kansui (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), corn starch, riboflavin.
Soup Ingredients: water, onion, apple, carrot, garlic, mushroom, kelp, miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, koji [aspergillus oryzae], riboflavin), ginger, sugar, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt, koji), hon mirin (water, alcohol, rice, koji), sake (water, rice, koji), sesame oil.
Topping Ingredients: tofu, mushroom, corn, green onions, bamboo, kelp, soy sauce, sugar, sake, hon mirin, canola oil, sesame oil, sesame seeds.
Contains: wheat, egg, soy, sesame.
