Ingredients: unbleached flour, water, raisins, vegetable oil shortening, yeast, sugar, salt, whey powder, mono and diglycerides, sodium steryol-2-lactylate, dactyl tartaric acid, esters of monoglycerides, ascorbic acid, amylase, ammonium chloride, potassium bromate, protease.

Irene's Bakery (6 Mile)
Irene’s Bakery has been a family-owned business in Victoria since opening in 1985 on Oak Bay Avenue. In 2019 Irene’s Bakery had the opportunity to merge with another Victoria institution, 6 Mile Bakery. As a result they moved their wholesale operations to 6 Mile’s Carey Rd production facility and combined the two very experienced baking teams. Their mission is to provide quality products and service to Southern Vancouver Island.
Both bakeries were founded on the principles of traditional European bread making, and these principles are still practiced each and every day at Irene’s. Their bakers have over 200 years of combined baking experience.
