Focaccia Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Remove dough from fridge & leave at room temperature for 30+ minutes.
Oil an 8x8" pan and spread dough evenly into it with your fingers. Lightly oil the surface of the dough. Let rise 2-4 hours until bubbly.
Preheat oven to 425*F. If adding toppings to your focaccia, put them on first, then pour 1 Tbsp of olive oil over the dough. Spread the oil all over and then using your fingers, press straight down through the dough to make deep dimples.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and immediately put in hot oven and bake for ~25 minutes until golden all over.
Pizza Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Remove dough from fridge & leave at room temperature for 30+ minutes.
Flour work surface and work dough into desired shape and thickness.
Apply sauce, sprinkle cheese, add your favourite toppings, then top with another light sprinkle of cheese.
Bake at 475°F on pan or hot pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and bottom of crust is golden brown.
