From the Yucatan Peninsula to your home, this slow-roasted pork dish is marinated in orange juice, annatto seeds and Mexican spices.
Serve with red pickled onions, cilantro and lime wedges for a full flavour experience.

Ingredients: pork shoulder, orange juice concentrate, vinegar, achiote paste (anato seed, corn flour, salt, garlic, spices, acetic acid, sodium benzoate as preservative), garlic, salt.
Prep instructions: Preheat oven to 350*. Remove cover from packaging. Place container on middle rack and bake for 45 minutes.
Enjoy with your favourite tortillas and toppings (recommended: thinly sliced pickled red onion, habanero, cilantro or cilantro pesto, and salsa).
