Ingredients: pastry (flour, vegetable shortening, eggs, salt, vinegar), filling/crumble (apples, brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ascorbic acid (Fruit Fresh)), caramel (butter, corn syrup, condensed milk, brown sugar).

We are a family owned and run business. We have been baking and selling our products at various farmers' markets for over 15 years! Baking is something I have always enjoyed.
In the spring and summer we also grow many varieties of fruits & berries; primarily raspberries, thornless blackberries, peaches, apples, and plums; which we also sell and use in our baked products.
Our special occasions chocolates are hand-crafted and filled with handmade caramel.
