The spice blends are separately packed so that you can layer the flavours of your curry like a real Indian chef. You can decide at the end how much hot chili you're going to add to your dish, or skip it altogether. No running around to purchase hard-to-find spices; and no one-step spice mixes that miss out on the traditional depth and richness that Indian cuisine is known for.
Each of the three meals serves four.

Sutra Foods
Sutra Foods is a local, plant-based food company making their meals from scratch in their multi-purpose production kitchen in Duncan, BC. They make all their food without any added preservatives, offer many gluten-free and vegan options, and believe in sustainable ingredients and production methods. Their product lines include Sutra Sauces and Sutra Spices.Born in Vancouver, Paul Gill has spent almost his entire life in the food service industry. His love and passion for creating authentic food has always been the driving force behind all his food and restaurant ventures. From his humble beginnings, working in a family-owned Fish'n'Chips restaurant in a small town in Alberta to building and operating multiple restaurants across Arizona, Colorado and Vancouver, Paul has always kept his integrity to provide the absolute best quality food and service to all of his beloved customers. It was that dedication that finally led him to move back to his home country and venture into the food production and wholesale industry, almost 35 years after serving his first customer. Paul now lives in Brentwood Bay, Victoria, B.C. with his beautiful wife, Pari and his two young children, Aanya and Yash.
The Gill family lives, works, plays and travels daily within the traditional territories of the Lkwungen (Esquimalt, and Songhees), Malahat, Pacheedaht, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke, W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) and Quw’utsun (Cowichan) peoples. We acknowledge our traditional hosts, and their welcome graciousness as we continue to build our lives here. We are lucky to be here.
