Pasta made with 100% Canadian durum semolina and organic eggs (coloured with spinach), and stuffed with spinach, ricotta, parmesan, asiago, green peppercorns, and spices.
Gently boil for six minutes before tossing with your favourite sauce.
350g. Keep frozen.
Pasta Ingredients: 100% durum wheat semolina, water, pasteurized organic whole eggs, spinach powder.
Filling Ingredients: ricotta cheese (pasteurized milk, modified milk ingredients, salt, lactic acid, potassium sorbate), spinach, parmesan cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, lipase, cellulose), toasted wheat crumb, asiago cheese (modified milk ingredients, milk, bacterial culture, salt, water, flavour, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate, lactic acid, acetic acid, anti-caking blend [potato starch, corn starch, dextrose, calcium sulphate, enzyme]), green peppercorns (green pepper, water, salt, citric acid), salt, sugar, spices.
