Ingredients: elderberries (sambucus nigra)*, cranberries (vaccinium macrocarpon)*, hibiscus (hibiscus sabdariffa)*, orange peel (citrus sinensis)*, rosehips (rosa canina)*, ginger root (zingiber officinale)*, cloves (syzygium aromaticum)*.

Directions: Pour 8 oz (236 ml) of freshly boiled water over 2-3 tsp of herbs and allow to steep, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
