Ingredients: echinacea (echinacea purpurea)*, lemon peel (citrus limon)*, peppermint (mentha piperita)*, licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra)*, black peppercorns (piper nigrum)*, elderflowers (sambucus nigra)*, rosehips (rosa canina)*, ginger root (zingiber officinale)*, lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus)*.

Directions: Pour 8 oz (236 ml) of freshly boiled water over 2-3 tsp of herbs and allow to steep, covered, for 15-20 minutes.
