Organic BC SIFTED Red Fife Flour
Red Fife is a heritage wheat variety with a robust nutty flavour.
It's grown organically in BC, slowly stone-ground at a low temp to maximize flavour and preserve nutrients, and the bran is sifted out. Red Fife is a popular choice as the grain is pure and predates the complex hybridization methods imposed by humans over the last century.
Sifted Red Fife flour can be substituted 1:1 for all-purpose flour in your recipes.
