All of our products are 100% homemade from traditional recipes (German, Ukrainian, and Russian backgrounds).Our raw kraut is traditionally fermented for 3-4 weeks before we fill it directly into the jars. We do not add vinegar, wine, or any preservatives. Therefore our kraut - like all raw kraut - tastes stronger and more intense than pasteurized kraut.
