Split Pea Soup Mix

Serves 4-6.
Ingredients: yellow and green split peas, dehydrated mixed vegetables (carrot, onion, celery, leek, tomato, red and green bell peppers, cabbage), vegan chicken-style soup base (salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, onion powder, carrot powder, autolyzed yeast extract, spice, natural flavouring, turmeric), garlic, onion, lemon peel, parsley, black pepper. Contains soy.
Prep instructions: Place 10 cups of water or soup stock (or a combination of both) in a pot, add the split pea soup mix, and let it cook on low until the peas are soft. Approximate cooking time 2 hours.
