This plant-based queso is undeniably cheezy (and dairy-free) with a spicy potato, carrot, and tomato base along with nutritional yeast and Justo's upcycled aquafaba.
We suggest warming it in the microwave before serving.

Starting this business as a group of 22 year olds with no business or food industry experience may have been an eyebrow raising move. However, it’s a decision that has yet to be regretted.
