Cure Artisan Meat & Cheese

Cure Artisan Meat and Cheese features house-made sausages and cured meats as well as a wide variety of imported and local cheeses and accompaniments. They also provide many ready-to-heat meals, bone broths, and specialty meat pies.

Brad Boisvert spent time training under European chefs at the Culinary Institute of America, and has built on that formal education with years of practice, reading, and self-education. He and his wife Leah ran Amusé Bistro in the Cowichan Valley for several years before deciding to try something new with Cure, a European-style deli focusing on locally-sourced ingredients. They also go out of their way to source ethically conscious meats. "The big thing is that we know these animals have had a great life and been well-taken-care-of.
